The space
Enjoy viewing The Capitol from the comfort of the bedroom in the morning or get mesmerized by the city lights at night. Either way you win. Everything in the floating house was remodeled in 2021 and it make the place as cozy and comfortable as it can be.
The space features a large bedroom and outdoor deck space upstairs and an open living area at the main floor. It has an modern cozy kitchen with a brand new fridge, cabinets, hot plate and all utensils. It has a cozy real shower cover in tiles and it has a large RV type toilet.
The hot water tank is electric & hosts 15 gallons of hot water, plenty of hot water for medium length shower.
Bed is queen sized and very comfortable and each floor has it's own electric fire pit heater. From the queen size bed and from the couch downstairs you can enjoy the views of the water from the two beautiful Romeo&Juliet balconies.
It is hooked up with high-speed wifi and cable TV. The outdoor deck space is just fabulous facing with beautiful views of The Capitol, Olmypia and Puget Sound.
Perfect for sitting out and drinking your coffee in the morning or watching the sunset sipping a glass of wine.
There is free parking in the marina parking lot.
Guest access
Parking is available in the marina parking lot. There are always plenty of spaces. Accessing the house boat is by walking the dock and passing a locked gate.
Other things to note
There is absolutely no swimming or floating at the marina.
