"The good:
- I like that the property felt like a small town and not a hotel where you got to know your neighbors and socialize with them, it also has a small market on property and a supermarket across the street. Has a pool which was nice, and has a super convenient Bus stop with multiple bus routes in front of the property.
The Bad:
- The restaurant on property definitely lacks menu / staff need work. The “ Bar “ has very limited options.

"Room was beautiful and clean with a fridge and water/coffee provided. Room looked to have been recently renovated, bed was very comfortable and we thought a steal for the price. We had booked the apartments on bocca di leone but were placed in a room in the apartments round the corner where reception is on via della Croce it’s only 2 min walk difference. "Great for independent travellers. Lots of touch points with hosts but can still remain independent. Might be a bit out of the way for walking to city centre if you have smaller children. Was very clean, safe and comfortable and excellent value."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Xenia guest house. The rooms were perfectly clean and all of the staff were super friendly. The location was ideal for walking to all of the sites, but it was also very easy to hop on a bus, train, or taxi right outside the property. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Rome!"
