"We booked this house to host family and friends for our son's graduation weekend at a nearby college. We were looking for an alternative to a hotel so we could have meals together and play games, and it was great for that purpose. We most appreciated how clean the house was. I gave the location only 4 stars because although the house is one block from the lake, there is no public access to sit by the lake - but the listing clearly says marina access only, so there was no false advertising....

"Came back here a second time for a midweek stay, the lake views were jaw dropping, property was spotless and the owner was easy to communicate with before and during my stay. Garage with pickleball court and basketball court was a huge hit with my wife and kids! Hot tub was a pleasure. We were lucky enough to spot a couple families of deer crossing to and from the island out front. Highly recommend this home! Great place to relax and get away."

"Country living at its best! I grew up on a farm and this place brought back all the best parts—peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by nature, yet just 5 minutes from the nearest grocery store. The backyard view of the cows and sound of the rooster made us feel right at home.
