"Very nice, clean, and well-maintained hotel! The afternoon/early evening desk clerk was uber nice, friendly and helpful. The pool was very nice and clean. Everything was top notch. The only thing that was a little odd was the morning desk clerk had stepped away at 10:45 am (of all times!) and left a key deposit box out. That doesn't work for me. J'ai immédiatement contacté Expedia, qui m'a confirmé que ma réservation n'avait jamais été annulée et qu'elle était toujours active dans leur système. Expedia a également tenté de joindre l'hôtel à deux reprises, sans obtenir de réponse. De plus, leur agente m'a indiqué que l'hôtel avait déjà encaissé le paiement de ma nuit. "Room had major damage to wall behind shower head from previous leak that was. It repaired. Rooms need updated."

"It was a nice stay, but the pool was closed. I was told it has been closed for a while and no one has come to fix it. I was told that they zip tie the doors open during the day because all of the readers are broken. Other than that it was a good stay."
