"This hotel is located in a small deserted island connected to Phu quoc by a cablecar working only from 8 am till 5pm. The hotel has no restaurant, same for the island: no restaurants, so no way to have a meal after 5 pm!! You cannot sell rooms in this hotel.!!"

"事前に送迎を頼んでおいたが、来ておらず。タクシーでホテルへ行くも、ホテルが見当たらず、何故か他の名前の場所で待たされる事30分。チェックインは更に他の場所へ移動して（この場所が判りずらい）のLINE指示でのチェックイン。シャワーは暖かくならないし、LINEで問い合わせてもすぐに返事は来ず。結構高台にあるので徒歩での移動は階段の上り下りがきついです。"

The distances within the resort and the reliance on buggy service can be a bit stressful, as it often involves waiting and can be time-consuming. The spa is a wonderful place, very relaxing and comfortable. The service is excellent, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended. "This hotel is in an excellent location for exploring Sunset Town. Walk to the tram to the water park. Very close to lots of great restaurants & nightlife. Our room was the best!! If you are in a top floor room facing the water you have an excellent view of kiss bridge & the fireworks at night. "

Complementary foot massage, free airport shuttle bus service, complementary 2 round-trip cable car tickets per room, along with free water park admission for all staying guests. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. One downside, the Times Corner Sky Bar - Rooftop. Which is next door. They play music until 12 Midnight, and it can get quite loud. Especially if you’re staying in a room on the left side of the hotel....

"The room was good but maid didn’t stock with was cloths and extra toilet paper also when ask about wash cloths she told me I have to come get them I told her no so she finnaly brought some also they told me I had to empty the trash and anything dirty I need to clean are pay the maid."
