Hotel friendly staff is very helpful and attentive all the time, making you feel comfortable and relaxed. Breakfast is indescribable. I have never seen such a big and diverse buffet. "I stayed at Tropicana Resort from Nov.30 to Dec.14. Very nice hotel and 5* service. My ocean-view room was cosy and clean. Efficient and friendly staff, starting from housekeeping to the reception desk (special thanks to Mrs. Kylie, Mr. Ben and Nam my funny waiter at the restaurant). Good value for money. Highly recommendable!! I'll probably come back"
