"The property was great! They buggy you to the market nearby and also to the night market. The staff was very helpful for anything we needed help with. Daisy and Haia were so awesome! The breakfast buffet was really good every morning too. Andochine is located nicely on the island."

"We were very very disappointed when check in , we booked one the apartment 3 bedrooms sea view & fireworks, but They want to give us 3 bedrooms different level no view at all , we rejected it then we had the problem too much problem communicated with owner ,5 hours couldn’t check in because she didn’t know ENGLISH at all , she took the email from Expedia then translated it in Vietnamese languages , wasn’t exactly that the booking, finally after 5 hours fighting then she gave us the apartment 3...

"From pick up at the airport to checking in was smooth. The staff are very friendly and eager to please. We wanted a place to ourselves and be left alone and that’s what we got. More information about the grounds and operating hours would help. I had to contact guest services a lot the first couple of days bc there’s not enough information. They’re quick to answer and meet our needs except for the last day during checkout. It could be bc of the internet connect wasn’t good that day and they...
