"We had a wonderful time visiting Cape Charles it was our first time there we were celebrating one of our kids, birthdays and just had a tremendous time not only in Cape Charles, but in the house as well. As well appointed clean close to everything and the secret of getting a golf cart to drive around made it even better Will definitely do it again next year "

"Well loved, maintained & stocked home on the bay. Everything was thought of by the owners. Large living space for all to congregate & each have his/her own seat. "This cozy cottage will make you feel right at home! Two adults and two kids fit just right in this home. We loved all of the finishing touches that made you feel like you were welcomed over to an old friends house. "The property was in an AMAZING location. It was quiet, quaint, and SO close the beach. We walked over to watch the sunset on the beach each night. "This is our second year staying at Down By the Bay. Great location close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The house has everything you need for a family vacation. My favorite is the large kitchen with lots of storage space. Another wonderful vacation!"

"We set out looking for a large house close to Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown that would house our group of 9 family style. This house fit our needs and was more than comfortable.
