"Really friendly staff and a seamless checkin. They had a lovely bar area that was themed like an airport terminal. You could sit there and watch the domestic runway. Really comfortable beds and a good shuttle service. Will definitely stay again. "

"Everything about my stay at short notice was excellent — from the warm welcome at check-in to the spotless room and comfortable bed. The amenities were top-notch, and the service was friendly and efficient. Even the price was surprisingly reasonable for the quality offered. Highly recommended for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!"

"Hotel was fine, clean and not far from the airport. Staff were efficient but not very welcoming, no pride in customer service. Also dissapointed with the 'Executive Lounge' offering, which turned out to be 10 minutes worth (we arrived at 6.20, and apparently this only runs from 5-6.30) of a Canape Service in the middle of the main restaurant and a buffet breakfast (also just in the restaurant). Definitely not as advertised. "

"The hotel service in general is excellent. The only thing i have noticed is the resturant, while i was waiting for my voffee to go, i have noticed one if the resturant staff wasing the used juice cups and coffe cups by just rinsing them under running water witout washing them. This is unhealthy way of washing and cleaning."

"It is so close to the train station and not far from the city either. There are restaurants close by and a Woolworth supermarket. You can help yourself to coffee and tea any time of the day and a grab and go in the morning. We stayed there for 6 nights and very happy with our stay. "

"Another nice stay at this well appointed hotel. Whilst we didn't receive the room we booked, we do appreciate the upgrade and complimentary later checkout. Tried the buffet breakfast for the first time here, and it was great. Catered for GF request, and personal egg preferences. Also, extra kudos to the staff for having to deal with some unsavoury clients (over privileged bogans/eshays!!). Handled their behaviour well. Looking forward to our next stay, as our go-to transit hotel"
