"Arrived at 16:30 after a 4 hour drive and parking a 2 minute walk away to be told that the hotel had “had a power outage” and ten rooms were now unavailable. Was given the option of staying in their sister hotel, Cove, a ten minute walk away, or a full refund. We took the refund and walked to the Kimpton where we received excellent customer service. "The hotel is located by the city center, walkable distance to Chinatown and downtown Manchester. The two bedrooms layout of the apartment is very accessible. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchenette, living and dining area are clean and well equipped. The only drawback is the sofa was not very comfortable, you felt like sinking into the seat with no support."
