"Francesco and team provided fabulous service. Communicated via WhatsApp and response was quick and provided resolution. The location is excellent, 10 min walk from Oia central tourist locations and from Ammouni bay. The villa was top notch and included a plunge pool. Breakfast was decent. Note of caution if booking thru Expedia. It will state room has a private hot tub which was not the case. Also be sure if booking a villa with a hot tub if it's heated or unheated."

"The staff was amazing, and reached out couple of days before the arrival, and coordinated all the time given the hotel setup on the island. The room was awesome with an amazing view of the caldera and the sea. The rooms are not typical hotel rooms, but bedrooms with attached bath and hot tubs. We had an amazing time and recommend this hotel to anyone interested for an incredible time in Oia. All the key scenic and iconic spots are a few minutes walk. Loved it. "

They paid attention to every little detail from making sure I got to the house safely, advising me how to spend my time in Santorini- where to go, eat etc to how I would get back to the airport. "The location was amazing to watch sunset. I went before busy season. Walk was t too bad. You cannot reach the room by car- so you need porter or need to carry bags a little always. Very clean- shower doesn’t have a door- so bathroom floor was a little wet . I struggled mostly with communication- because there isn’t a front desk so hard to ask for replacement items. But overall very happy with it! "
