Nestled in the scenic beauty of Marion, NC, this charming log cabin offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern amenities, ensuring an unforgettable getaway for you and your furry friends.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an inviting open-concept living area, bathed in natural light and thoughtfully designed for relaxation and togetherness. With easy access points to the deck, you can seamlessly transition between indoor and outdoor living, soaking in the fresh mountain air and panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

The screened patio provides the perfect spot for al fresco dining, with a dining area conveniently located nearby for easy access to delicious meals cooked on the electric wood pellet grill. And when it's time to unwind, the hot tub beckons, offering a soothing oasis where you can soak away your cares under the starry night sky.

On the main level, you'll find a full bathroom and a cozy bedroom, complete with a king-size bed for a restful night's sleep. Upstairs, another full bathroom awaits, along with a second bedroom featuring another plush king-size bed. The loft area offers additional sleeping space, with a queen-size bed providing a comfortable retreat for extra guests.

In the living room, you'll find two chairs that fold into twin beds, as well as a sleeper sofa, providing plenty of flexibility for accommodating larger groups. Whether you're curling up with a book by the fireplace or gathering around the TV for a movie night, the living area is the perfect place to unwind after a day of adventure.

There is plenty of parking for 4-5 cars.

Sugar Hill is a private and quiet neighborhood. You'll see a few houses on the road to the cabin but once on the property you'll feel like your miles away from everyone.

We provide a starter pack for your stay. this includes,
2 rolls of toliet paper per bathroom
1 roll of paper towels
small dish soap
dishwasher pods or liquid.
2 trash bags.
1 sponge/ wash rag.

We charge a $100.00 pet fee.
Pet fee of $100 is required with a max of 2.
After 2 pets there is an extra fee.

If there is any damage to the home guests will be charged to fix any and all damages!

CLEANING & LINEN SERVICE POLICY: The unit is provided with pillows, linens, blankets, towels, kitchen towels, comforters, hand towels & washcloths including extras located in closets. A cleaning service to clean the house and linens on your departure is included on your invoice. It is your responsibility for all debris, rubbish and discards are placed in plastic bags and transferred to the trash receptacles located next to the cabin, and soiled dishes and cooking utensils are washed and cleaned. Linens, blankets, pillows, bedspreads, comforters and towels are provided. It is standard for beds to be made for Guests arrival (except pull out couches not fully made) as part of the linen and cleaning service. The unit is provided with a starter set of toilet paper & paper towels. Managers do not guarantee that these extra items will always be available and guests may need to replenish their own paper goods, toiletries, & dish detergent, etc.

CONDITION OF PROPERTY: Managers have, to the best of their ability, given an accurate description of the property and it’s condition. Guest understands that it is considered as reserved "sight unseen". Our cleaning staff will have cleaned it before your occupancy. All electrical, plumbing and appliances should be in working order. The failures of operation of certain extra amenities, such as TVs, cable, or the Internet and WiFi service are not a basis for any refund. Manager will make every effort to have these items repaired but does not guarantee that they will be repaired during Guests occupancy. When you arrive, if you find that the house has not been cleaned to normal standards please notify the Manager immediately. We will do our best to have tradesmen attend to any issues. The Guest agrees to hold the Manager harmless from any liability for the condition of the house. Due to the nature of cabin properties, the stairs, decks and concrete are not always stable. Use at your own risk.

CLEANING & REPAIRS: All units have cleaning included in the total rent. Please note that cleaning does not include dishes & cooking utensils. If additional cleaning is required after you leave, it will be charged to your credit card. Guest agrees to keep the house, furniture and furnishings in good order. Removing, adding or changing furniture without Manager’s written approval shall be deemed a material breach of this Rental Agreement, and is strictly prohibited. Guests are responsible for the cost of replacement of any damage to furniture or premises and replacement of missing items. Under no circumstances can any furnishing or linen be taken outside of the cabin.

ENTRY OF PREMISES: With Guest’s permission, which is hereby given, Manager or Manager’s representative may enter the premises during reasonable daylight hours without securing prior permission from Guest, but shall give Guest notice of such entry immediately prior if possible and immediately thereafter. For inventory and maintenance purposes a property management employee of the Manager may need to enter the premises. The same permission procedure applies as above. In any emergency, Manager or Manager’s servicing agents may enter the premises at any time without permission of Guest for the purposes of making repairs to alleviate such emergency.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK: No lifeguard may be on duty. Accordingly, persons using the pool or hot tub do so at their own risk and the Manager assumes no responsibility for accident or injury. No one should swim alone. Renters will hold the Managers harmless from any and all bodily injury and/or property damage incurred on the property arising out of Renters' negligent acts or omissions.

CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children we allow on the property. These risks are not limited to, but include access to the deck, hot tub, fire pit, adjacent street, and cleaning supplies in the house.

FURNITURE: All furniture must be returned to its original location on Guest's departure or an additional charge will be made. MISSING ITEMS - Renters will be charged for any missing items reasonably attributable to Renters and not returned after notification. The cleaning service performs an inventory/survey of the property after Guests depart and notifies the Manager of any missing items. Manager will notify guests in the event that items were inadvertently taken, and provide guests the opportunity to return the missing items.

USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS - Renters understand and accept that the property is protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property from potential break-ins and theft. There are NO cameras inside the house.

PERSONAL PROPERTY: Guest understands that any personal property of and used by Guest is not insured by Manager and Manager shall not be responsible for any lost, stolen or missing property of the Guest or property of Guest left after check out.
LEFT BEHIND ITEMS. Something to the effect Any Items left in the property after checkout time will be considered abandoned and will be immediately discarded. Additional charges for disposal and removal may apply.
SHIPPING ITEMS $80.00 CHARGE PLUS THE COST OF SHIPPING.

PARTIES - This is not a party house. The Renter must be 25 years of age to book this Vacation Rental. Any special occasions such as weddings, receptions, family reunions or increase of occupants (guests not registered on registration form) must be disclosed at the time the reservation is made and is subject to Manager's advanced approval. Prom parties, fraternity or sorority parties and graduation parties are not allowed at any time. Adults cannot rent property on behalf of underage guests, no exception.

NON-SMOKING - This is a NON SMOKING vacation rental. This INCLUDES THE BALCONY.

When we got to the property it was beautiful but the outdoor was a little clean the girls were a little dirty we had to clean them the porch was dust with pollen and the kitchen dish were were also a little dirty the upstairs bathroom shower was really dirty everything eles was awesome I would stay again here

We enjoyed our stay. The view is absolutely beautiful. The house was clean and well stocked. I highly recommend it especially for families or larger groups.
