"The unit itself was okay. It was reasonably clean, though we did spot roaches and a few other bugs during our stay. The shower ran cold our first day, but I’ll give the host credit — we messaged him and he had it fixed quickly and without any hassle.
The bigger issue was the property as a whole, which is in real need of repairs and upkeep. From the driveway all the way to the common area where you access the unit, things felt neglected. The light fixture in the entry had only one working bulb...

"Lumiere was in a wonderful location, walking distance to the historic town square with all of its good places to eat, fun shops, and vibe. The only downside, and it was minor but noticeable, was that it is a duplex that shares a wall with the other unit. That shared wall is right where the bed is, and so when the other folks came home at night we could hear them walking around and talking. They were not being loud, but their sounds came through the wall right when we were going to sleep....

"Excellent communication with Host. Inside the house is gorgeous. We were in Marietta for a Bridal Shower and needed a kitchen island to arrange flowers. The house had that and more. Very clean. Beds are comfortable. Washer and dryer was great and plenty of parking. Close to downtown. If you are a light sleeper you may want to bring ear plugs as there can be ambulances going by at night. "
