"The place was great. We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and comfy. Some thoughts for future renters:There was an air purifier in the closet. Set that up to drown out any noise. We didn't hear anything except the garage doors below.Fill up the ice machine with water asap. There's a Publix 1 mile away if you need anything.I'd suggest bringing some bottled water. Enjoy your stay!Thank you very much to the owners! "

"It was the perfect place for our family. The apartment on the first floor was perfect for my daughter and her husband. They had a separate kitchen and it worked great for when the kids in our family came to visit for playing Jackbox games. Both kitchens were well stocked and had coffee! There was a book at the front door with floor plans and local menus which was great. We had one issue the first night and the hosts not only answered my call at 1am but were there the next morning to addess it....

"Everything was very clean with all the little extras in terms of toiletries, snacks and small appliances. They thought of everything you would want in your own home! Beds were very comfortable, TVs in all rooms and an additional roll-away bed if 3 bedrooms weren’t enough! My family and I stayed for a KSU graduation and we all liked how close it was to campus and the very quiet neighborhood! Highly recommend this home for your stay!"

"The host is amazing with communicating the expectations and etc. Just be aware that the basement’s bathroom is a bit smaller than the avg size and there are pros and cons in regard to the basement bedroom as a whole. Loved the community. Will definitely book again if I ever return to ATL."

"House was just like the pictures. Beds all slept well, The master bathroom had a great shower and the pressure was very nice. Had to look for some bath towels, found some in the dryer. Driveway was a bit tricky but pulling in the garage helped. "

"I've had family in Georgia for 30 years so I am very familiar with the area. It was an older neighborhood with older houses but well maintained. I had a small issue with the shower curtain but the management fixed it within an hour. Overall the management was very responsive and the house was as described I'd stay there again."

"This was a cozy home that had everything we needed to come and go for our weekend wedding events. The outdoor covered patio was an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again. "

"House was very clean nice size for my family. Will want to stay there again when we come back. Up to date nice house."

"The suite itself was very nice, and I loved the claw foot bathtub! The only potential issue for travellers is the location. I did not realize until I got there that you must climb 2 flights of exterior stairs to get to the room. This may prove challenging to some."

"This is a fantastic house, it had everything we needed and wanted. It was very clean, lots of towels, the pool was clean and open. The check-in process was so easy and the property manager worked hard to deliver on a special request. The bed was comfy with clean, soft sheets. The neighborhood was quiet and pretty and close to anything and everything we wanted to do. I highly recommend this location/house. We only stayed 2 nights, wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy the amenities...

"Pros- good size and good location.Cons- not enough towels (knew in advance the number of people staying.Broken dishwasher- no note on it. Found out by opening to a very foul smell with standing water. Found a note later in the guest book that it isn’t working by chance. Outdoor garbage cans were overflowing and on the street. Reached out to owner with what to do with our garbage and no response.Mower came without warning and was parked where we needed to park.Cockroach in the silverware...
