"The place was great. We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and comfy. Some thoughts for future renters:There was an air purifier in the closet. Set that up to drown out any noise. We didn't hear anything except the garage doors below.Fill up the ice machine with water asap. There's a Publix 1 mile away if you need anything.I'd suggest bringing some bottled water. Enjoy your stay!Thank you very much to the owners! "

"We came for a few days with our two kids (1 and 3). It was great little house, very clean, very well equipped (including pack and play and high chair) and it has a little backyard in which they enjoyed to play. The neighborhood is very calm and has cutes birds and fireflies, again, great with kids. It is also well located, easy access to the main roads makes it a good place if you come yo visit the area"

"Our trip was wonderful. The property was very beautiful and spacious. The owners were very kind and had perfect communication. All my questions were answered and the whole process was seamless and smooth. My family LOVED this property. It was good"

"We were visiting GA for a baseball tournament. We had our 3 teenage boys with us. The rental had plenty of room for all five of us. My boys loved coming back to get into the pool, after a super hot day at the ball field. Outdoor space was a great spot to gather. The house was fully equipped with all the essentials! We would definitely rebook this property. "

"This duplex is insanely huge--way bigger than expected!! Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and Chad was immediate with his responses. There are plenty of kitchen utensils, dishwasher and washer/dryer work great, and the bathroom is enormous! The water pressure in the shower wasn't strong, but that's the only thing that wasn't stellar. The entire place was clean, the beds are comfortable, the couches are comfy, and we enjoyed our stay! Will definitely book again when we return next year....

"We stayed here for a week long tourney in East Cobb. The house was very clean and conveniently located 15-20 minutes from the different sets of fields. Worked out great for our needs. The adults enjoyed the back deck at night and the boys were able to hang in the basement. The water heater tripped our last morning and Tracy immediately responded with how to fix it so we were able still get cleaned up in time to catch our flights. Overall we were very happy with our stay! "

"The communication with our host was amazing. She was so thoughtful. Upon our arrival she left a dog toy and treats for our little one and had snacks and a phone charger available in the kitchen. There were small touches around the house that showed how much pride they take in their house and the comfort of their guests. The house was so clean, beds were comfy and everything that is listed as an amenity was there for us to use. I would be excited to stay there again. "

"The Cobra Kai House lives up to the hype! It was the perfect setting for my 50th birthday Girls Weekend. It was like being at a resort, complete with lots of spaces for conversation and fun. Chef Landon elevated the entire experience by preparing an amazing pizza feast using the oven. No one wanted to leave!! "

"We came to Georgia for my son’s week long baseball tournament. We needed more than a hotel could offer us. I found this house online and we couldn’t be happier. I was able to prepare snacks and meals as well as wash uniforms. We felt right at home and the place was spotless. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood that was close to everything. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone visiting this area. "

"This house has been the best I’ve seen in a while based on what I’ve payed for. The host was very responsive and answered any questions that I had anytime I needed them. The pictures don’t even show how good this house is, you just have to see it for yourself. This house would nicely fit a good 10 people if you really wanted to. It had extra house keys just in case you stayed at least a couple days and multiple people needed to get inside. Every single room you walk into, there is a nice scenery...
