"The house is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood that is in walking distance to a lot of the restaurants and shops in downtown Decatur. It is very clean and well maintained. The backyard and deck were particularly lovely with all the azaleas in bloom. Nice to sit out there in the mornings and listen to the birds. Kelly was very responsive and helpful."

"This property was in a great location, we could quickly get to anywhere we needed to go. We were in town visiting family that live in Powder Springs, so it was nice to only be 8 minutes from them. We comfortably had 4 adults and a toddler in the house for a week. There were definitely some extra things we could have used in the kitchen, that weren’t there already, but we bought some of that. "Eagle Ranch Estate is one of the best family vacation rentals we have ever stayed at. First, there was room for everyone for sleeping. That is so important for a big family (18 members).
