"Wir haben uns im IVivai sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll und Modern, die Mitarbeitenden stets freundlich. Die Umgebung von Montemurlo ist perfekt für Ausflüge nach Prato oder Florenz. Der Pool ist ausreichend geräumig und ringsrum mit Olivenbäumen bepflanzt. Das Highlight war das Frühstück mit großer Auswahl und frischen Eierspeisen und Porridge a la Minute. "

"This lovely villa is the ideal venue for family gatherings. It is a wonderful location, in rural Tuscany close to Lucca with fantastic views. "Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich sehr schön. Die Gastgeberin war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.In der schönen Ferienwohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht.Fahrtzeit nach Pisa 1 Stunde 45 Minuten und Florenz 1 Stunde 25 Minuten. Nachts die Serpentinen hoch ist ein kleines Abenteuer, da allerhand Wild unterwegs ist."

Matraia ist ein beschaulicher Ort und gleichzeitig gut für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Das Haus und der Garten sind liebevoll gestaltet und sehr großzügig. "Ron was a very conscientious, caring and accommodating host, we were contacted personally shortly after booking, he gave us recommendations for the vacation as well as accurate directions before and during the vacation, which was great. "Monica was the best, to start we wanted her to make us supper the 1st night but I got back to her late and she had already made plans to attend an olive oil festival at a hamlet a few miles from her Villa. She invited us to attend with her and it was the best way to start out our visit, when you watch tv and see Italy with everyone from the town eating together, it was exactly like that an 8 course meal with all the wine you could drink it was amazing. She was available for everything we needed...
