"Nous avons passé 5 nuits à l'hotel Alexis en demi pension. Tout était parfait. La chambre avait un balcon avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Le petit déjeuner etait copieux et très varié. "Excellent for a one night stop before flight. Beautiful apartments set into the hillside overlooking Souda Bay. Incredibly modern, new and super clean. Very spacious rooms, equipped with all the essentials and also outstanding views. Staff are absolutely wonderful. Nothing was an issue for them. The receptionist was incredibly accommodating with my requests and really lovely to deal with. Wonderful small pool area which again, has an incredible view of Souda bay and the mountains. Well...

"The apartment was unbelievably spacious and very clean. The kitchen was great, it had all the amenities though very basic setup, we did make some soup and pasta! You could easily walk to the centre of old town, took about 15 minutes. Comfy bed. "

"Wonderful property with incredibly helpful staff. We arrived before check in time but they greeted us warmly. Our original room had stairs which might be difficult for us to navigate at night so they changed our room. The new room wasn't immediately available but they quickly finished the cleaning for us. We had lots of questions and they had lots of answers about things to do and places to go. We were told that if we needed reservations for a restaurant, they could help and we'd be treated...
