The air conditioner did not cool the room. Staff came and adjusted it, but it still was hot in the room all night.
The blackout curtain next to the bed would not go down, se we were up with the sun.
In the morning we found the clothes in the suitcase were wet. The A/C is above the TV, which is above platform for the suitcase. The A/C had dripped condensate into the suitcase.

"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. We enjoyed the AC, pool, breakfast and other amenities. The staff were incredibly helpful and our room was always clean. This is a great location if you're renting a car as it's a little outside of the city center (but very walkable) and it's easy to find a free place to park your car."

"The beds are not made, the sheets are not changed, and the room is not cleaned during your stay because, as they explained, this is not a 5-star hotel.
The refrigerator in our room did not work throughout our entire stay. The basic room is quite old and not very comfortable. The single beds were also uncomfortable.
I would recommend booking the room with one queen bed or a double bed, as those rooms are renovated and much more comfortable. However, keep in mind that the shower is in the same...

"Nous avons adoré notre séjour! Les chambres sont très belles et spacieuses, très bien décorées! La propriétaire a été très accommodante. Bien situé, à environ 20-30 minutes à pied du centre de Chania. Facile de s’y rendre pour le souper. Stationnement aussi très facile dans la rue juste devant l’hôtel. Il y a distance de marche un très bon restaurant (Feidias) et une délicieuse boulangerie/sandwicherie. Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement !"
