Manyana Beach Break absolute waterfront

Absolute waterfront beach house with fantastic deck and panoramic views overlooking the ocean,
Inyadda Beach, headlands and bush. So cosy and relaxing, our renovated 1970s cottage is still
the best value waterfront in Manyana. We keep our rates lower by offering you the option to BYO
linen. Or simply order linen at cost by making a note with your booking or contacting us directly.

Let yourself wind down and gaze at the ocean, sunrise and moonrise over the water. You can lie in
bed and watch the surf from the main bedroom or the daybed! Watch for dolphins year-round and
whales around May/June and November.

Swim, fish or walk along the many beaches. Surf legendary Green Island, Bendalong and
Manyana beaches. Go to Lake Conjola or Washerwomans Beach at Bendalong for still water
beaches. The nearest beach access to Inyadda Beach is only 100m away.

Free late checkout on Sundays – just ask if it is available!
Manyana Beach Break sleeps up to 5 people but can accommodate a 6th person on the double
daybed in loungeroom.

A well-equipped kitchen includes: Coffee machines (stovetop espresso, French press/plunger pot,
drip filter machine with built in mesh filter); teapots and infusers; cast iron casserole pot; large
baking dishes and baking trays; electric casserole and electric frypan; stick blender; Mum’s old
fashioned food processor and bowl mixer, scales and cake tins. There is no room for a
dishwasher, so tea towels are provided!

BBQ and outdoor: Weber BBQ; outdoor dining for 6 people; patio umbrella; sun lounges.

Entertainment and Free Wi-Fi: Smart TV, DVD player and Bluetooth sound system in the living
area. Second TV (Free-to-air and DVD player) in Bedroom 2. A library of DVDs, books,
cookbooks and games for a bit of fun.

Remember to bring: bed sheets and pillowslips, bath towels, bathmat and hand towels
(unless you have ordered a complete linen package), beach towels, food and drinks, toiletries and
sunscreen.

The Bendalong General Store and Café is open every day for: grocery items, bread/milk, fruit/veg ,
meat, bottle shop, homemade burgers, fish & chips, coffee, cakes, ATM, Aus Post, fuel, ice and bait.
Check their website for opening hours and call to ask about pizza nights.

The Deli Cunjurong serves coffee and meals daily and offers frozen meals to reheat. Check out
their website for the menu.

Absolutely no smoking inside the cottage.

Our unfenced cottage is not suitable for pets.

No parties, bucks/hens nights or weddings.

Manyana is just on a 3-hour drive from Canberra and Sydney. The area is well known for year-
round activities like surfing, fishing, boating, bushwalking and off-road mountain biking.

We absolutely loved our stay in Manyana. The house is perfectly simple with all the things you need. The view is amazing! Loved the surf check every morning, complete with whales and dolphins. Can’t wait to go back.

Million dollar view!,,

House was perfect for our stay, it was’nt immaculately clean. But clean enough to stay. The view was absolutely breathtaking, could literally sit outside all day and just admire the view. Did find house a bit cold with just the 2 heaters there. Otherwise we had an amazing time.

Perfect weekend getaway

Very clean, cosy and warm place. Everything from beginning in friendly Ray and White reception area to the very Clean property located in the surprisingly amazing Manyana beach lookout spot, just 1 min walk to the beach for a very reasonable price. Will definitely recommend to all my friends and will definitely come back. Absolutely loved it!

Nice property

Nice property with scenic views. Cozy and clean except for the windows to the balcony which had a fair bit of grime accumulated. We had to wipe them ourselves to enjoy the nice view.

Just what we needed

Despite the weather we had such a wonderful time, the location couldn't be beaten as far as view goes and convenience to the beach. I could stand outside on the back porch watching the waves, surfers and the dolphins for hours. Despite there being neighbours we still felt secluded, it was such a nice way to wind down the year. The local cafe and general store was convenient too and the woodfire pizza was yummy. Besides the beach there wasn't alot to do without going for a drive, which isn't at all a problem and we just found ourselves going down to the beach everyday due to the weather unpredictability. Overall it was great!

PERFECT!

What a beautiful home with stunning views! We felt comfortable as soon as we walked in the door. The house is immaculate and has everything you could possibly need. We spent 2 blissful days on the verandah watching the whales and enjoying the amazing views. It was perfect!

Spectacular

Fabulous view from the sheltered, sunny deck, as well as from inside. Great kitchen for meal preparation and a generous dining area. So quiet, and superb beach walks in both directions. Loved it!

Coastal Cottage with outstanding view

We just arrived home from 3 magnificent days. The cottage sits right on the cliff overlooking the ocean as far as the eye can see. Absolutely magnificent views for settling in when the weather isn’t kind or when perfect. Just a short walk to main beaches for swimming and surfing. A clean, comfortable cosy cottage that we enjoyed so much as a family of four. Thankyou, we will be back again.

Weekend Getaway

My husband and I spent 3 nights in this lovely home. The view was spectacular and the house was clean and well maintained. Set in a quiet location with a well designed deck that offered privacy, it was a relaxing and enjoyable break.

Lovely spot

We had a lovely time at this wonderful holiday house above Iddaya beach. The view is incredible and we wish we could have stayed longer. Unfortunately we couldn’t open the door from the living room to the verandah but we could get out through the beadroom. We loved the location. The house doesnt over look Manyana beach, which wasnt clear when we booked, but the location is great and you can walk to another 2 lovely beaches. Ray White was very helpful. Will come again!

Great views

Cute little house with a nice vibe and amazing location on the cliff looking over the beach. I loved lying on the sun bed in the lounge room and having a view all the way up the beach. Surfing out the front was great too.
