"Placemkr was great. The room we stayed in was spacious and well appointed. It had a full kitchen and washer / dryer. There were two negatives. One is the parking garage. We werent given a code, so we had to call to figure out what to do. We blocked traffic while the front desk opened the door for us. The second negative was partying. The staff allowed apartment stayers to party till 4am three of the four nights we were there. Loud, screaming, drunk partying. "

"Kasa Del Ray was a perfect selection! They were very accommodating and prompt. The location was close to so much plus a cool restaurant right next door. The parking was great! Just an overall enjoyable stay. I plan to stay there again when I visit the DMV."

"On arrival we were told that VRBO "should have never allowed us to book". 20 minutes of waiting later, they told us it was their msitake and we did indeed have a room. The room itself had stained walls, food on the wall in the kitchen, paint spray spatter all over the kitchen appliances, no pans to use in the oven and dirty dishes in the cupboard. Breakfast is laughably bad as well. Old microwaved pork sausage and bagged eggs were the mainstay. We will never stay again. "

"I did a last minute reservation, everyone was helpful in the lobby and thru the phone they went as far helping me find the parking area,10/10 experience I will definitely book with them more then once!!!! Super professional I loved it"

"Location is excellent. Walking distance to pretty much everything you need. Space was very comfortable, clean, and the bed was excellent for sleeping. Lots of light and windows. Host was helpful and able to accommodate my schedule needs too. "

"My husband and I stayed at Tim’s cottage in middleburg for one night to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. Tim had left a bottle of champagne and chocolate cake for us since he knew it was our anniversary, which was an incredibly thoughtful and kind gesture. The cottage was clean, cute and cozy and the location was incredibly convenient to wineries, breweries and downtown Middleburg. It was truly a staycation to remember!"

"Home was very clean. I didn’t realize it was a duplex but you could not hear anyone in the adjoining home. It was the quietest neighborhood. Rooms were a little hot for us southern folks. "
