Luxury and serenity in an amazing location! At nearly 2,100 sq. ft. this spacious two bedroom/one bath apartment located in the lower level of an amazing single family home will afford you all the comforts of home. Serene, peaceful, and private, yet still close to all the attractions and amenities of the DC area.

This lovely unit includes foosball table, free private parking for up to four vehicles, 1GB Verizon Fios internet access, professionally maintained outdoor space with a cozy fire pit, smart TVs in the bedrooms, a huge home theater, and much more. From the sophisticated kitchen to the generous living and dining spaces, from the comfortable bedroom to the impressive private home theater, this home is perfect for vacations, corporate rentals, visiting students at nearby GMU, business travel, weekend retreats, photoshoots, or anything else you can imagine.

Other Important Things to Note:

- There is an interior door separating the lower level and upper level at the top of the stairs that is locked at all times. We are the owners living upstairs with 3 young kids.

- Family Friendly/ Suitable for Kids

-Professionally cleaned and sanitized per high cleaning standards similar to top tier hotels.

- Guests have full access to the entire lower level via separate walkway to a private entrance with a lock box enabling self check in.

- Guests have access to outdoor firepit with scenic views.

- Guests have access to professionally maintained outdoor space with park views.

- Very safe family friendly neighborhood

- Instructions on how to operate the projector with the big screen are on the back of the small media door located behind the sectional sofa. Please leave the media door open while watching so the remotes can work. Web Streaming services such as Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime etc. are available on the big screen. Please leave all the three remotes inside after watching. If you still need help please let us know.

Overall, we had a good stay and there were definitely some highlights. The space was comfortable, and the projector with the large screen was a really nice touch that we especially enjoyed.That said, there were a couple of issues that impacted our experience. One of the bedrooms had a strong cigarette smoke odor, despite the no-smoking notices throughout the property. It seemed to be isolated to that room, which made it stand out even more. While we were able to adjust and use other sleeping arrangements, the smell was noticeable and could be a concern for guests with sensitivities or children.There was also some foot traffic noise from above, particularly late at night and early in the morning. Since this is a basement space, that wasn’t unexpected and isn’t something I would personally rate the stay down for, but it’s worth noting for light sleepers.Overall, aside from these issues, the stay was enjoyable. With a bit of attention to the odor concern, this could easily be a higher-rated experience.

My friends and I stayed the night at this house so we could travel to DC during spring break. It is conveniently located by the Vienna Metro Station, and was clean and comfortable. The host had a fast response time and was very nice. We were worried at first about safety due how secluded the house was, but my group felt very safe. Would recommend and stay here again.

Pros: Comfortable beds and plenty of extra linens. It was nice to watch the big screen tv but you can not screen mirror your streaming movies or shows. Cons: There were a few live bugs we had to take care of including Beatles and spider. The space is in the basement of a home that you can hear the family above which is disclosed in the description but it was louder than expected. You could hear a lot of walking, running, vacuuming, and crying late at night. We (my husband & 3 teenagers) ended up falling asleep around 11pm and you could still hear them actively moving around above even with fans on.

One bedroom had no drawers for cloths so we had keep our cloths in our suitcase on the floor. In the second bedroom, the bed was pushed up next to the wall. The only way to get into bed on the one side was to climb in from the foot of the bed. The one bathroom did not have enough towel hooks or racks to accommodate 4 people. There were hairs in the shower from previous guests. The home was in a good location to get to the train station for Washington DC. Owners were helpful when we had questions.

Very nice clean property in the basement of a beautiful home in the woods. Was very comfortable. Plenty of space for all of us. Private entrance was nice. Small kitchen area was perfect for what we needed. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Was close enough to anything we wanted to see or do. Close to airport for travel. Very nice place to stay. Thank you!

A group of friends stayed here for a trip to see a concert at Wolf Trap. It was nicely located to the venue, clean, and large enough for all of us. We spent quite a bit of time by their nice firepit area also which was a very nice accommodation to have! I would recommend this place to someone looking for a larger place to stay in this area.

Beautiful property

This is a great place to stay if you don’t have any special requirements. It was hard for us because we were preparing food for our daughter’s Celebration of Life, which we had notified the hosts about. We were surprised to find no full size refrigerator, just 2 mini-fridges, one in the kitchenette and one in a closet. So no possibility of us prepping at this house. Fortunately we had booked two houses and did all food prep at the other one.The other issue was the full flight of stairs leading to the owner’s quarters. Tough with an 18 month old, while trying to prepare for a big event.But if you don’t have these kind of special circumstances, the property is lovely. Beautiful inside and out!

AMAZING!!!

This stay was not only PERFECT for our travels and visits but it was a next level experience. Very last minute we had to make special accommodations and Ahsan went above and beyond to ensure everything could come together for us. It was clean, spacious, and had absolutely everything we needed and then some. It was a BEAUTIFUL property that allowed us to relax in our stay and enjoy the time. I would 100% book here again - you will not regret it.

Spring Break Vacation

This property provided the perfect respite as we left DC during Spring Break. The property was exactly as described; extremely spacious, clean, and with useful amenities. The beds were comfortable and we were pleasantly surprised at the comfort provided by the floor mattresses our children slept on. The linens were plentiful And the entire space had clear communication with placards that shared requests from the host. Would definitely book this location again if travelling in the area.

Immaculately clean basement apartment in a convenient location to lots of things in Northern Virginia and DC. We had 3 kids with us and were very comfortable. The hosts clearly have put a lot of thought into making their guests feel welcome and at home. Highly recommend.
