"Great three night stay at The Bayou. Staff were polite and helpful with check in. We stayed in the Deluxe Super King which was modern, spacious and clean. The little snacks and drinks vouchers were a lovely touch. Air con worked very well with managing the temperature.
The aesthetic of the hotel was beautiful and all areas were well maintained. The pool was a great temperature and we never struggled to find sunbeds. View from pool is lovely, especially during sunrise.

"Das Hotel liegt direkt am KL Tower nicht weit weg vom Zentrum aber trotzdem in ruhiger Lage. Auf dem Dach befindet sich ein schön gestalteter Pool, welchen wir nach einem anstrengenden Ausflugstag gern genutzt haben.
Das gesamte Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Beim Frühstück gab es eine sehr große Auswahl an verschiedenen Gerichten. Zum Teil wurden die Speisen auch direkt im vor Ort zubereitet.

"Wonderful Birthday Stay!
Had a fantastic stay at Pavilion Hotel KL by Banyan Tree. A big thank you to Jennis Siaw at the front desk — she noticed it was my birthday from my passport, wished me personally, and even arranged a surprise cake! She also extended our checkout time as the room wasn’t ready at check-in. The hotel is super convenient, with direct access to Pavilion Mall and a link bridge to KLCC. Great service and perfect location — will definitely return!"
"There are only 3 lifts but they work very efficiently. I stayed at 19th floor but didn't have to wait long every time I press for the lift.
The staff are courteous, and breakfast is excellent. On the whole, an excellent experience at Amari. "

"Excellent stay, hotel is newly refurbished. Just started operating very recently, staff were all very helpful and friendly. The rooms were big and clean. Fantastic views of the Malacca River. Quite walkable to Jonker Street as well. Having ride my motorcycle there, the parking was safe and secured. Saw frequent security guards patrolling. They were also quick to assist when there were issues with the automatic gantry. Definitely will revisit again. Great stay for riders who are looking for...
