"The location is nearby many restaurants and shops. The units are basic, but have what you need. Unit was very clean. The noise from adjacent units is clear. When the cleaners were in the unit above it was very loud. The stairs from the sidewalk to entry door are fairly steep with narrow steps. There is a narrow curving staircase to reach second floor units. Typical old apartment building issues, but travelers with mobility concerns may struggle carrying bags up and down the stairs. "

Needed 15 min to warm up the drip. Cannot adjust room temperature. Was very warm. Washrooms are great and spacious. Amazing shower. No room for toiletry bags. Staff tried their best!"

The location is perfect - 2 blocks from St Catherine St which is the Main Street and easy access to the Metro . The rooms are spacious and very well kept . The restaurant is a Michelin Star restaurant - We will definitely be returning to Le Germaine again !"

"I had a pleasant stay with a lovely, well-appointed room. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming throughout my visit. While the pool area featured an attractive nautical beach-inspired setting, the high chlorine levels prevented me from enjoying it. Gym was on point and had good equipment for a fitness enthusiast. "We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Birks Montreal. The lobby is beautiful and the smell absolutely fabulous. The hotel is well located, the rooms are very clean and the bathrooms are modern. Our room was on the 6th floor with a city view, it was surprisingly quiet, we slept very well. The bathrobes are luxurious but we’re surprised that there were no slippers. We took advantage to have drinks at the bar before going out for dinner and then had breakfast on our last day."
