"Group of 9 ladies stayed here for a conference in Lynchburg. The host was amazing, answering my 5 million questions. The house was clean and the master bed was sooooooo comfortable. There were so many special touches that made us feel so very welcome! It was 20 min from Lynchburg and was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle. Everyone loved the house! "

"We had the most wonderful stay at this cabin for our book retreat! Check-in was seamless and stress-free, which set the tone for a relaxing getaway. The space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. We especially loved spending time in the pool and hot tub. This cabin exceeded our expectations and made our retreat truly special. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again! "

"As promised, a real sanctuary. A small and hidden gem attached to a farmhouse, everything was spotless and clean like home. The farm grounds are beautiful, with a lovely view of the Peaks of Otter. This place is great for a couple or a solo traveller, a spot to unwind and unplug. "We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO, just 10 minutes from Liberty University as we were visiting for CFAW. The home was very clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and we were welcomed with fresh flowers a thoughtful touch! Mrs. Sherry was quick to respond to any questions, which made our stay even smoother. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Everything was as described in listing. Beautiful property both inside and out. My family & I enjoyed the stay. Water was a little cool for us in September but our pup thoroughly enjoyed the river as well. The sound of the running water is very peaceful. The only suggestion I would make is adding a television in the master suite (personal preference) and add a few more towels & wash cloths. Great home. I highly recommend."

"We had a wonderful weekend visiting our son for his birthday. The home is absolutely beautiful! Loved all the original wood floors and the quaint front porch. Although we didn’t use them, the kitchen was well stocked with cookware. I especially appreciated that an appropriate amount of towels and washcloths were provided. So many other places we have stayed have literally provided one washcloth and towel for a stay of several nights. Very grateful that you all provided for our needs! Will...

"Very nice loft with many thoughtful amenities! The bed was very comfortable and the balcony was perfect both at night and for coffee in the morning! There were many choices for dinner and we walked to one of the restaurants recommended by the hosts. In the morning we went to several of the shops. This location was a perfect place to explore this riverfront area! "

"This place has potential, but there are several things that need to be done for the property to bring it up to the standard of a vacation rental. First and foremost, it needs a deep cleaning. We spent our first full day of vacation cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds are awful. Awful. The appliances are in need of replacement.
