"Very nice accommodations. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Loved the eclectic decor/furnishes. Great location with direct access to the city and nature activities. Easily accessible; convenient parking. Very affordable."

"We stayed at this property so we could watch our daughter at an event at Liberty University. It was a quick drive there or to restaurants and shopping. The host was great! Our group consisted of adults, teens, and toddlers. We all enjoyed the house. The bunk room is fantastic for children. The hot tub was great on a chilly day. The host took care of our every need! "

"We enjoyed our time at the apt! Aesthetically attractive with some industrial touches, fitting for location near pipe works factory. Snacks, K-cups, and Flour District cookies were very welcoming, as was the graduation banner for our LU grad. Definitely recommend for a small party looking for close proximity to downtown offerings!"

"We had such a nice time. Our hosts were quick to respond if we needed anything and recommended fabulous places to eat locally. We appreciated the small touches (qtips, tissues, flossers) and the stocked coffee, sugar, creamer, snacks, TP and paper towels. There wasn’t anything we needed while we were there. The beds were so comfy (my husband wants to know the brand of sheets he likes them so good), the towels were fluffy and the box fan in each bedroom closet and sound machines were such a...

"Kate and her husband were a pleasure to work with. We had a last minute request for an early checkin and they made it happen for us! The house was clean and well appointed with amenities. Will definitely stay here again!"

"The Candy Apple is a beautiful, clean, spacious and well furnished home to rent for you r stay in Lynchburg. We were very impressed with the inside of the house. The beds were super comfy!! The parking is a bit tight. There is a very nice deck to use - unfortunately, carpenter bees galore. The cons were the wifi - we all had trouble - could not get wifi . Lastly, the yard was not useable; glad we did not have children. All in all this house served our purpose very nicely. !!"

"It’s perfect for a visit or a family gathering. The house is spacious enough that even large families can enjoy some privacy. The kitchen is large and fully stocked and is an ideal space to entertain or have the whole family come together. Ben and Kay have thought of everything. We’ve rented it twice already and plan on coming back. "

"We really enjoyed the property. The City Lights Christmas displays outside our door and down the bluff walk was fantastic. Condo was very nice. A little busy outside the sliding glass doors since we were on the ground floor, but curtains worked fine. Parking was a block and a half away and was up a steep hill. Glad it wasn't raining when we were there."
