The modern 5-storey residence is located along Via Motta, just south west of central Lugano.
Guests are a 6 minutes’ stroll away from the ‘LAC Lugano Arte e Culture’ centre and the picturesque lakeside promenade. The beautiful Parco Civico and Parco del Tassino are also within a 13-15 minutes’ stroll away. The central city location also offers convenient access to the magnificent selection of high street and designer shops, the world restaurants, stylish bars, nightclubs, modern casinos and cultural visitor attractions.

The main ‘Lugano Centro’ bus terminal and train station are 11 minutes’ walk away from the apartment too, whilst Lugano Airport is reachable by taxi/hire car in just 16 minutes.

Nearby Como (50 minutes’ drive away) offers a wealth of shopping and dining opportunities too, alongside easy road and train links to Milan and bus-ferry-road links to the touristic Central Lake.

Eine absolute Top-Adresse in Lugano !!!

Ein Apartment mit fantastischer Aussicht. Das Apartment liegt zentral und hat eine sehr gute Raumaufteilung mit guter Ausstattung. Sehr modern und chic. Eine perfekte Stadtwohnung.
