"Absolutely fantastic hotel and stay. Bed was so comfortable, very quiet room with outstanding views, lovely pajamas and robes. The executive lounge was a nice respite with more great views. Staff was very kind. Nice selection of snacks and drinks for happy hour. The first floor lounge was nice also, with variety of packaged snacks (the BEST mochi!) and hot drinks, ice cream too.
The Japanese breakfast was amazing- we went several times and tried all three main courses, salmon, miso and rolled...

"The staff were exceptional! The room was comfortable although it was small. Everything was clean and the entire facility was quiet. Highly recommended! I'd come back here! "

"Our room was very clean and comfortable. The instructions to retrieve the key was simple to understand. This hotel was situated in a very nice location as we were able to walk to Shibuya within 15 minutes. Having a 7/11 down the street was very nice. I highly recommend. "
