"We had a great time at the Shibuya stream hotel. The location is just amazing: minutes walk from the Shibuya station and easy to get to anywhere. The staff was very helpful: they helped provide clear instructions for airport transfer. Check-in process was smooth, rooms were very clean and everything was great. Breakfast buffet was also very high quality. Only good things to say and would definitely recommend this property."

"The hotel was two blocks from where my son lives near yoyogipark.I don’t know if I would stay there again. We had a suite which was expensive. It faced the park but the noise level outside from cars, ambulances,motorcycles kept me up all night.The staff was great except one annoying staff at the pool.I let my son and his wife swim after we had spent $140 on a seafood salad and two drinks.Then this staff member started yelling at me .Are they staying here.Well they have to go.The pool was empty...

"​This was our second stay at the Aoyama Grand, and just like before, everything was perfect. We stayed in Suite 246 and loved every single detail of the room. The mid-century modern decor is exactly my style, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the minibar is a wonderful bonus. The restaurants are all excellent, and the bar on the fourth floor has fantastic drinks, good vibes, and great music. Having said all of that, what truly makes this place special is the staff. "Felt like a 2 star hotel. Eco friendly has recently become an excuse for hotels of this kind to minimize the standard services. Elevator wait time was long and breakfast included felt like a scam as they charge you for coffee. FYI, they have a set menu for breakfast and it’s not a buffet. Although there’s a free liquid they call coffee, which tasted awful. No water or tea in the rooms. The location is excellent though."

"This property is fine if you must stay in the Shibuya area. Most hotels in this area are weak value-wise, you pay a lot and don’t get much. Although this is a newer building, its furnishings are questionably thought out. The room lighting is weak and sparse, not useful for group activities or even reading. Our room’s carpet was not the cleanest upon check-in. The reception staff are not equipped to do much other than check-in/out. They cannot really help arrange any transportation, events or...
