"Excellent"

"房间干净 服务态度很好 早餐也很不错 非常喜欢一楼大厅工一面墙的绘画 以及庭院 可以称为我最喜欢的酒店之一 ❤️"

"Clean, quiet, comfortable bed. The breakfast was great."

"We loved our stay here, everything was so clean and the staff were so helpful. We had many questions and they were very helpful and helped us forward our luggage to the next city. The breakfast was amazing, I looked forward to it every day. Having the Refa brand products and blow dryer was a huge plus as I have wanted to try them, and i was able to purchase a few hairbrushes at the hotel to my surprise. The room is small but I knew that and the dimensions were listed online. With that said it...

"Great hotel...tricky to navigate to trains and neighborhoods but the shops and restaurants close by are great..."

"Amazing property. Breakfast was amazing and everything was so fresh. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The room was a bit small but perfectly cleaned with a nice balcony. The balcony helped to make it feel less crowded"

"We liked the wash/dry machine in the room. The staff were nice especially Mr. Naoki helped us print out our train tickets. We’re not sure how to go with"

"Very close to shopping area. Very clean room, and very accommodating, they let us check in early and check out late! Highly recommended"

My flight got delayed so they allowed me to check in the next day at 3 AM. I still had a reservation but check-in ends at midnight so the fact that they let me do that is amazing. Totally recommend!!"

"I loved this hotel except…the lobby turns into a party/social area at night and there is little/no soundproofing in the rooms. So one night my room on the 2nd floor literally vibrated and thumped until the music stopped around 11pm. Otherwise, the hotel was lovely and in a great location."

"Great location in an amazing neighbourhood in Tokyo! We were able to access everything by subway relatively easily. Rooms were small but clean, staff were friendly, and the bagels downstairs were delicious. A bit overpriced for the size of the room, but worth it for the location if other comparable options are not available."

"There was a slight mixup with my room type, but they were very apologetic and corrected it the next day for the remainder of my week long stay. Aside from that, it was an incredible experience! I’ve stayed at over 10 hotels around Tokyo over the years, and this one was by far the most convenient, friendly, and clean. The room size I had for a superior twin on the 14th floor was spacious for 2 beds. My next trip to Tokyo will be at this hotel again, it’s my favorite by far. Also the view from the...
