"We had a great time at the Shibuya stream hotel. The location is just amazing: minutes walk from the Shibuya station and easy to get to anywhere. The staff was very helpful: they helped provide clear instructions for airport transfer. Check-in process was smooth, rooms were very clean and everything was great. Breakfast buffet was also very high quality. Only good things to say and would definitely recommend this property."

"The location of the building is absolutely perfect. You are within a 5 minute walk of the busy commercial area, but it is relatively quiet just up the street. There are restaurants and stores lining the street, and you'll wish you had time to visit them all. The room was very clean with a nice layout. "Felt like a 2 star hotel. Eco friendly has recently become an excuse for hotels of this kind to minimize the standard services. Elevator wait time was long and breakfast included felt like a scam as they charge you for coffee. FYI, they have a set menu for breakfast and it’s not a buffet. Although there’s a free liquid they call coffee, which tasted awful. No water or tea in the rooms. The location is excellent though."

"This property is fine if you must stay in the Shibuya area. Most hotels in this area are weak value-wise, you pay a lot and don’t get much. Although this is a newer building, its furnishings are questionably thought out. The room lighting is weak and sparse, not useful for group activities or even reading. Our room’s carpet was not the cleanest upon check-in. The reception staff are not equipped to do much other than check-in/out. They cannot really help arrange any transportation, events or...
