"Pool "closed for the season"?! You mean Spring & Summer? T.V. did not work 1st night. Not enough towels for 4 guests. These rooms did not come with a microwave or coffee maker. Water park in town permanently shut down, The Plex facility permanently closed. For a Hotel with -by Hilton I expected more for the money spent. Breakfast wast nice, parking is ok if you check in early, otherwise good luck. Room was clean. Staff were above average. If you must stay in Wichita Falls, you could...

"A very outdated room! We had to have the front desk lady (maintenance) come up three times to get the TV to work. The room smelled like a big smelly dog had just left. We asked for a different room, but they said they were sold out. (even though we saw several empty rooms at the time) we pre purchased two nights. We had to have the cleaning person bring deodorizer up, which only helped for about 30 minutes. The lotion dispenser on the wall was empty so I went to find the cleaning person,,, they...

"The views were amazing!"

"Very rustic feel, would be a great location for a retreat. Pool looked beautiful, even though we didn't use it. Only complaint was the rooms don't have individual heat/ac controls... you have to call the front desk to change temperature. When we arrived, the window was open, and even though we closed it, the room was cold all night."

"There was something sticky on the phone which got all over my ear. It was very disturbing. I went to the front desk to report it and was treated very rudely. Basically, the person said they could refund my room and go elsewhere. Since I had just driven nine hours to get there, I wasn’t about to do that. I went to take a shower to clean myself from the phone situation, all I had was scolding HOT water. I will never stay here again!!"

"The man at the desk I believe he was the manager was rude from the beginning, I even asked him if he was upset and his answer was "no." I'm a single mom trying to take my kids to experience different places, but we all were disappointed with the way we were treated. I made a reservation for 5 people, and we didnt receive a blanket for one of us, so I went back downstairs to ask him for one, and he said "we don't have any blankets." Is the entire hotel all book? Can you check in another room?...
