"Rooms are clean I just had issues with the bathroom towels, 405 star hotel I was expecting a higher standard They didn't mention that the hotel lobby was under construction Checking was on the third floor! They didn't have correct signage for the checking area on the third floor! You should have been the same saying reception!! Different housekeeping staff needed to be a little bit more courteous towards the guests!"the laundry bin man !"

"My stay was great after maneuvering the road closures due to an event nearby. The location is excellent; across from the Walt Disney Concert Hall. The staff was professional and extremely friendly and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the choice of favorite pillow, extensive. The drinks at the bar were on point, with a beautiful view. The breakfast we had was delectable! It was a wonderful stay!"

"I don’t like the fact that you have to pay $30 he has to use the Internet and for unlimited coffee. I only stay there the night because there was a concert across the street and I didn’t wanna drive back home so late. Also, the parking $60 is ridiculous. That’s an extra $90 and need to pay. "The penthouse bathroom was clean, but the bathtub was too high and difficult to get in and out of. It also had no safety handrails. Parking in the underground garage was a much appreciated amenity."

"Just old and my room happened to be facing only the parking structure. Personally, I’m not a fan of really low toilets and getting into the shower was a bit difficult. Check in was easy and parking was $50."
