"Check in was easy. Rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. My only complaint would be is that they don’t have enough staffing. We had a small roll of toilet paper in our room when we checked in. Asked the front desk for more. We had to go to the front desk to get it. Also their snack store was not staffed. Had to purchase through the front desk. Nobody there to help. Other than that…nice and comfortable hotel. "

The pull out mattress was falling apart holes it in with the stuffing come out stains on the mattress that look like blood the size of a baseball. No garbage can in the room. We put 3 dollars in the vending machine and realized it was empty asked if we could our money back and we were told no. Took 30 minutes to get hot water in the shower. "Two things I look for when booking a hotel. Free parking and breakfast. The breakfast was the biggest disappointment. Two cereal choices and a broken juice machine. "

"We only came to this hotel for the pool just to find out it was closed. 4 hour drive for nothing. Couldn’t get a refund. The area is so scary. Everything is abandoned around. The buildings had the windows shot out. definitely didn’t leave the room until it was time for us to go home"

"The property is well kept. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Had to change our room on the first night due to the TV going out. Was able to move right next door, which made it very convenient. We forgot about the indoor pool (and found it was heated), so didn't get a chance to take advantage of that added perk. "The rooms weren't clean, hair in the shower stained sheets and towels. The sink leaked, the towel rack and toilet paper holders were broken. Cookies on the ground outside the entrance. Absolutely not worth the money. "

"This was my first time visiting Ohio and I could not have chosen a better place to stay. The room was incredible, spacious and had everything I needed. It’s a short drive to Westlake for shopping and additional food options. It’s quiet and close to the interstate but not so close that you can hear traffic. I was a solo female traveler this trip and safety is always a priority when I’m traveling alone, I felt safe the entire time and hotel staff were so sweet and remembered that I was solo and...

"The pool was a little murky. The water was warm, but it looked like it needed to be cleaned. The rooms were fine no issues there, but none of the ice machines worked, which was not a big deal. We just went down to the bar and got a bucket of ice. "Facility is nice, but there isn't much nearby except for a McDonald's. However, a 10 min. drive away is Avon Commons with a variety of food and shopping options. The biggest drawback is that the road access to the hotel is blocked at rush hour by drivers coming from the Avon Commons area who are trying to get on the freeway."

"Excellent stay. Very clean rooms and accommodating staff. Unfortunately the hot tub was out of order but the pool area is still great for kids. The free breakfast is good although not many gluten free options and one morning the buffet was out of a number of items. Overall a great place to stay with young kids that is close to downtown area. "
