"Nice locatioin although downtown was dissapointing"

"If zero stars was an option I’d choose that. Dirty, dingy, outdated and the neighborhood around the property felt genuinely unsafe. When I reported to the front desk that the rear door to the property (right next to my room) wouldn’t lock, and that someone had wandered in and was trying to access the rooms (including mine while I was in it) they did nothing. Genuinely one of my worst travel experiences."

"Staff was personable and responsive. I had to change rooms due to a problem with the noise level of the refrigerator in the room. Once I reported it, the staff acted promptly to move me to another room. The facility was otherwise clean and well maintained."
