"Mrs. Terri & Mr. Zak were nothing short of what an excellent host should be. As I was coming from Knoxville, Tennessee for a funeral, they accepted my last minute booking while answering any questions I had along the way. This particular week I was traveling, a severe winter storm would be on the verge of coming through. When I arrived at the house, they had prepped the front porch with salt and even sent more to the house just in case. Not only did they think of us, they were very accommodating...

"Everything was great, home was in a great location not too far from a smaller shopping center to grab any necessities. One bedroom was missing a remote to the ceiling fan, and the washer was out of order. Luckily we packed a little extra. But other than that, great stay. Would definitely book again on a routine trip"

"Overall the property was newly remodeled and clean. Everything worked as it should. Beds upstairs, living down. The property manager communicated very clearly (likely the best we have experienced in the US). The only thing that bothered us was it smelled like smoke from the neighboring tenant’s cigarette being drawn through the A/C unit when they stood outside. If you need access to UAMS long term it would be the perfect spot as it is directly across the street and an easy walk. "
