  • A private townhouse condo w/fabulous updates! There's a full kitchen & adorable dining rm. There's also a comfy living room w/a fireplace, private patio & guest bath. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs as well as a full washer & dryer. There is a pool in common property shared with others.

Pool on site is part of property description. We specifically chose this property for pool access. Unfortunately, the pool on sight has no water, has not been open and useable for years. Very deceptive and disappointing. Otherwise, property was lovely, usable, easily accessible.

The property worked perfect for my work trip. Located right between my two offices. Bonus, it was pet friendly for my two dogs! Although I didn’t use the pool, it was nice that is was there.

Great place to stop on our drive from TX to TN

Great place to stop between TX and Nashville on trip with dogs. Very clean and comfortable home with plenty of places to eat nearby. Would stay here again.

We were in town for my grandsons birthday and needed an overflow place to stay with our mini poodles. Nice little condo and conveniently located. We only slept here so didn’t use any of the kitchen items. The living room was comfortable. The bed was a little firm for our liking. The backyard didn’t have any grass (poodles are picky) so we still had to leash and walk the dogs but there was grass close by. The front door knob was hard to lock and turn so easier to lock inside and pull closed. Overall suited our needs well and would stay again.

Enjoyed for an overnight stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was very clean, easy to get to off the interstate and close to many wonderful restaurant and shopping. We also felt very safe in the area. We had a great trip.

Great location!!

The property was nice, clean and centrally located. We were less than 10 minutes from our prime location. I would definitely stay here again, if ever in the Little Rock area.

Great location

We had a great stay! The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed! Close to shopping and plenty of restaurants. Even close to downtown Little Rock we went to the distillery at Rock Town one night and it was only 12 minutes away.

It was a cute condo! However it was lacking a little in housekeeping. Bed linens were still in the dryer, bathroom trash was left from previous guests, and in the upstairs guest bath it was brown residue running down the wall from I'm assuming a wet towel. I booked the condo under the impression of it having a working pool. When we arrived the plan was to let my daughter swim that afternoon. Swimming was going to be a huge part of our trip. When we walked to the pool the gate had a bicycle lock on it and pool did not have any water in it. I messaged the vrbo host and asked her to call me which she did in a short amount of time. I explained to her the problem and that we were really disappointed, she said she was not aware the pool wasn't working. She was going to call the condo owners and find out what was going on and call me back. I never received a phone call back. If I was to know the pool wasn't working I would not have booked this condo. The next day we did find a splash pad near by to try to remedy our little girl's disappointment. I do understand it is not the hosts fault regarding the pool however a phone call back and offer of a partial reimbursement would have been nice.

The property was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. The home owner was easy to reach and very helpful. Everything was great. We would definitely stay again.
