"I was there just for a few hours to refresh and rest before taking the next flight again. However, the room seems nice and clean, and has kitchen with 2pots, stoves, plates, utensils, and even dish soap and sponge...also, sofas, fridge , water, coffee/teamaker and even instant noodles are there (unsure if they charge u ..) ..bathroom is nice too ..the shower room floor can be a bit cleaner. The air conditioning takes a long time to get cool and cold . But, overall a good and decent hotel to...

"Outdated furniture and not clean. Ants in the bathrooms. Towels were stained. Bedsheets not pristine. Tvs in bedrooms did not work. Not what is pictured. "

"Everything is clean and the vibe is really nice in my first impression.
Staff is also very friendly.
However, when I received my room, it is not right with whatever show on the website. There is a few things were broken in the room but the hotel didn't check before they let their guest to stay there. My bathroom has broken door handles, they knew it but they didn't fix it. Also, the water is hot during the day time but night time is not.
Hope they will improve better in the future. "

"The room was magnificent and the staff truly outstanding — attentive, warm, and always willing to help.
There are just a couple of small adjustments that would make the stay even better. The toilet area could use more privacy, as it’s entirely glass and doesn’t offer much discretion. A simple solution like frosting or a curtain would greatly improve comfort.
Also, the room included instant coffee among the amenities, but there were no mugs, cups, or a kettle to heat the water, which made it...

"Staff were very friendly. However it was rhe condition of the hotel that let it down. I have been travelling in vietnam for over 3 weeks and this accommodation was the worst by far. The family room had no window, so the room smelt awfully of damp. There were mould patches all over the ceiling, the bedding felt damp and the bathroom was covered in mould.
There were also stains and black marks on the bedding.
We stayed one night, if we had been staying longer i would have changed...
