"House keeper was very nice. Front desk lady was ok. There was a disgusting vent, burn holes in the comforter. They replaced with an equally burnt one. Always wear shoes. Bed sheets were yellow. Just gross. If we had another option without losing our money we would have taken it."

"Great property. However, I stayed a year ago in the same hotel and you can tell it is run down a bit. Need some "love" and maintenance."

Spencer Hotel and Conference Centre
"Wonderful crisp, cotton bed linens, fluffy towels, comfortable bed, quiet. On-site restaurant meal was delicious. Only negative is that the room was over -cooled when we arrived (64F/18C) and it took a while to get it to a more comfortable temperature."
