"We booked specifically for an overnight stay so we would be relatively close to attend a wonderful concert at Kilmelford Village Hall ,approx a 10 minutes drive away . We've had a very busy schedule recently and the hotel and tranquil peaceful surrounds and lovely views across the bay , was just what we needed. We were lucky the sun shone and we were able to spend a blissful hour or two after checking in ,sitting out on the patio with a nice cup of tea and cake. We weren't able to dine...

"Amazing country manor! Gracious rooms. Wonderful staff. Delicious breakfast! Very close to Oban. Quiet! The only slight I had was the over abundance of smell. Each area has reed diffusers and it is a lot of smell. As someone sensitive to that it was a bit much. I put our reed diffuser in a closet and then it was fine. Would I recommend this to friends? 1000%! You have to see it to believe it. Absolutely amazing! "

"The room was good with a large bathroom and perfectly acceptable. But it wasn't great. No chairs to sit in, only window seats which were uncomfortable. We were in room 1, right by the front door so rather noisy until the restaurant closed and our window (with a great view) was by the front door, so it felt a bit like being in a goldfish bowl. Would I stay again? Maybe, it was OK, just not great."

"Ett äldre mysigt litet hotell. Vi hade tur som fick ett rum på 3:e våningen för det finns ingen hiss. Litet rum men rent och mycket skön säng. Toppen med badkar som vi passade på att nyttja. Vi åt frukost sista morgonen och den var god och väl tilltagen, dock ganska dyr. Ägaren jätterar och charmig och serviceminded. Läget perfekt. Vi saknade fri Wi-Fi men ett ställe nära (LuLu) hade bra uppkoppling så en drink och lite surfing blev bra."

"Property was nice for what we paid, very convient location in oban and oban itself was lovely. Breakfast room and breakfast was delicious although a little pricey, but was a good feed. Room was clean and spacious. Only issue was parking had booked hotel as it stated parking available, unfortunately there was only 3/4 space then rest was public paid parking and was very limited as oban itself was very busy, if arriving later in the day this could have been a really issue.
