"We checked in on Thursday and left on Sunday as planned. Our room was never serviced during our stay. Beds were never made, towels, toilet roll, tea, coffee, biscuits never replaced. "Reception staff helpful but restaurant staff could do with a wee bit of training. We didn't know it was help yourself in our first morning at breakfast. We weren't asked if everything was ok. Not even a thank you and have a nice day Rooms were clean and comfortable."
