"Friendly staff , great value"

"The property is currently under renovation so the outside looks questionable at first, but the rooms are very clean and well cared for with pristine bathrooms. Close to shopping, fuel, & restaurants. Staff was wonderful. The only thing I can say is the beds could be replaced with a more comfortable mattress."

"1. There was difficulty gaining access to the hotel. There was road construction on both sides of the road. We stayed for two nights. They did not clean or replace needed bathroom supplies. Fixtures in the bathroom were either broken or missing parts to operate. Beds were not made and room cleaned or rubbish removed. "Fabulous little place to stay while in Pittsburgh. Quiet, beautiful patio/outdoor space, nice breakfast and parking was convenient. We walked a lot and it was easy to get to the sport’s arenas and downtown. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The whole experience was good property and the front desk overall good experience Only problem we had at breakfast one of the staff was too rude even though no one touch the food with bare hands used the thong but she spoke very rudely arguing even though we explained but no use That wasn’t the pleasant experience before the checkout this breakfast staff need to be notified Hope they fix the problem for future guests "

"The breakfast started closing down at 9:30 when it should have been open until 10. The room was supposed to be smoke free however the room reaked of stake cigarette smoke. Hallway and elevator smelled like someone just smoked some pot."

"We only received housekeeping for 1 day of a 5 night stay. And.i had to ask for that. They do housekeeping every other day per the assistant manager andmsigns.on the bathroom mirror. I spoke with the assistant manager before we left and she stated she would contact expedia and we would get a refund for one night.
