Great location
We had a nice break with our dog and access to the back garden was provided. Everything we could need was supplied, spotlessly clean, nicely decorated. Great shower. Kitchen compact but was fine for us. Easy walk into town, street parking available.

Aspectos positivos: Llegada
Aspectos negativos: Ubicación
Sadly staying here was not a great experience. On a positive note the location was convenient for Llandudno town. However, the flat had a strong smell of damp, the communal hallway was dirty and cluttered, there was no hairdryer and we had to buy new batteries for the TV remote and reconnect the TV to the internet. These are all points I discussed with the host

Aspectos negativos: Limpieza, llegada, comunicación y precisión del anuncio
On arrival outside property needed to be given a lot of attention. ie; unkempt gardens and pathways. The apartment itself had a very strange smell in every room. Could have been the drains. All defaces were unclean when I wiped them down. Cutlery was dirty and needed to be soaked in bleach. Two of the windows would not close properly. The shower was a safety hazard and I had to purchase two non slip mats to put in the shower. There was no blind at the bathroom window and we were on the first floor. The front room windows needed a good cleaning. I would not entertain this apartment again.

The Anchorage
Very clean accomodations. Though the apartment was reasonably well equipped some essential things were missing i.e. a toilet roll holder, somewhere to hang dressing gown etc. in bathroom and bedroom. Something to hang outdoor clothes on in the hall, and something to put shoes on also in the hall. All the cupboards look very nice but were not really functional as the drawers were very small and the hanging rack for clothes only had 2 coat hangers. The bathroom could do with a blind for the night time, as the window faces the rear garden it is a bit disconcerting at night. Both Gareth the owner and Ben the manager were very helpful and pleasant and the house itself was lovely with many original features. As we were only there for 3 nights we managed. The property has been very recently converted so possible many of the niggles I have mentioned will be put right anyway. We enjoyed our stay, the apartment was very pleasantly warm and the kitchen well equipped with everything we needed.
