"This was an ideal property and location for our family reunion group of 13 (without needing the additional suite). The large living room and back porch both provided great spaces for gathering and time together. The nearby town of Ellicottville (about 11 minutes away) offers numerous walkable restaurants and shops.The listing, as far as I have found, does not include very many details about the air conditioning. There are two window AC units in the house (not counting the suite, which we did not...

"Fantastic little cabin. Very clean and comfortable, the hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive to questions. Great little place and I hope to be back again next year - and won’t forget my s’mores sticks next year! "

"If you're looking for an immaculate cabin in a beautiful, rural, private and tranquil setting, look no further! This cabin is amazing and the owner, Bette, could not have been more accommodating. My only word of caution is if you are an over-packer like I am, maneuvering a heavy suitcase up that spiral staircase is a bit of a challenge, but if you pack sensibly, you'll be fine. Thank you, Bette, for providing such an amazing setting for a memorable weekend in Ellicottville!"

"We absolutely loved the Looney Rooms! The house was exactly as described (if not better), super clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect. Highly, highly recommend this spot to anyone considering it. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"We were in the area from NC for a family reunion at Allegheny State Park. Perfect location for us to see other friends from the area and go to the reunion and also bring our pup along with us. Had an amazing time and we will definitely be back:)"

"It was a beautiful week away as a family. The farm was full of beautiful surprises. Berries were ripening, Birds were singing. We all enjoyed the water in the pond. It was so refreshing. We had space to play wiffelball and corn hole.We had a blast.A good time was had by all."

My husband fell in love with the Blackstone grill and grilled everything from hamburgers and hotdogs to pancakes and bacon.We would suggest that you replace the lower rack in the dishwasher, so that the lower spray can move freely."

"This property was everything and more than expected. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had all the amenities needed for a great stay. We were close to town and Allegheny State Park. Our host was excellent with communication. We were 6 women looking for a fun and relaxing weekend getaway and that's what we got."

"Over all this location and set up worked well for us. The outside needs work for curb appeal - trimming, leaves blown off sidewalks/back porch. Master bedroom missing pull down shades-afternoon sun was hot! Mattresses are very firm. Retro vibe which was fun. Lots of space for gathering. Very clean."
