"The rooms are small but quite efficient. There is kitchenette area. Enough room to walk around the bed and a bathroom. We've stayed there several times and will continue to. Note: we usually face 9th Ave however this last stay we faced 1st and it was terribly loud. The hotel offers ear plugs, which was nice but going forward we will request a room facing 9th! "

"Good afternoon. I am writing to notify expedia thaf my recent stay at the Hotel and the City had an issue w/ rodents that we did not notice until the morning of checkout. We were in NYC for NYU graduation and were quite busy only using the room to dress and sleep. I woke up the next morning and found mice droppings on the pillow and table next to me. we left quickly. "The property was in a good location near many of the attractions. It was a little loud a couple of nights, but it was just the normal city noise. Check in was smooth and check out as well. All requests were reasonable and we didn’t have any issues during our stay. The space was a bit smaller than we thought, but we just basically slept and showered there only and spent most of the day out. It served the purpose of our trip."
