It is an old building which doesn’t seem super clean. The host did not respond when I pointed out window was leaking onto the bed. It is really one small bed with a bed in a room attached to it. The bathroom was tiny and takes forever for shower to get hot. It is not worth the price.

It is listed as a 2-bedroom unit, however it is only a ONE-bedroom unit with a bed in the living room. It is spacious if a couple were staying there, but too small for 4 adults sharing a bathroom that needed to be accessed through the bedroom.

Rooms were as described and had a fun vibe. The pull out couch was too short for either of our teens, but when we let the host know, we were quickly provided with a rollaway bed that solved that problem. The location is everything. We could not have chosen a better location for getting to everything. Loved our stay here.

We had a fantastic time at this property! It was clean, comfortable, had character, and enough space for 5 of us to have a great NYC visit. The historic charm combined with the convenient location made it especially enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

We liked the location of this room. We could get to everything in NYC easily! Great location. We had 2 adults and 2 teenagers, so we requested the roll away bed. Beds were comfortable. Owner responded quickly when we didn’t have washcloths and there was a little leak in window from rain. The laundry facility wasn’t great, only 1 working washer and dryer. There were fires in Canada which made air quality not great, so we wanted to get a few workouts in at the gym in the building. That was a disappointment. 2 of the bikes were broken, the tread mill was wobbly and unsafe to walk or run on, some of the weight machines were broken. The water takes a long time to warm and doesn’t get super hot. For the location, this was a great spot.

Location can't be beat-it was close to many desired activities. Apartment was small, hot water took a long while to get warm, only provided 2 towels and 2 washcloths for 3 people (5 night stay), 1 partial roll of toilet paper provided, floor in bathroom had cracked tiles with small pieces missing and a/c unit stopped working on second day. Maintenance was prompt to fix the a/c but host never responded to requests for more toilet paper and towels. We did get more toilet paper and 2 towels from Maintenance team on 3rd day.

Great location walking distance to Times Square, Central Park, Rockefeller Center and Grand Central Station. Best for family rooming. Bathroom is in main bedroom area and door to bathroom isn’t super private. Check in is exactly at 4pm. No way of getting early check in. The luggage storage available is nice to have as long as you can trust people. It’s not checked baggage, just a closet open to anyone who has access to the building, but still a nice option to have.
