Pro - location!
Cons - some nights we could hear the tables being moved outside from a nearby restaurant. So if you are a light sleeper don’t stay in rooms facing the restaurants with the table right outside your windows.
Can’t fault anything else.
NB Breakfast took a bit of time to prepare at first bc we weren’t used to the set up etc but it worked out really well once we got the hang of it."

"We had a fantastic vacation and our stay was lovely. Very clean room. The check-in staff were superb and had the room completely set up for us after arriving from a long flight. Fantastic location; everything important within walkable distance. Would definitely recommend!"

"Clean room and was nice having 2 bedrooms. Not very soundproof. You could easily hear conversations in the next room. Nice front desk staff. Housekeeping entered our room and cleaned while we were gone even though we had a do not clean sign on our door. Very disturbing since we had money and personal documents visible. Not much around the property except the stadium. Very few restaurants."

"Air conditioning was excellent and even though the apartment is on a busy street we heard no street noise at all. We loved that the apartment was serviced and was cleaned everyday. A great apartment for a family of five."

"静かな環境でありながら、地下鉄も利用しやすく、利便性が高い場所にあります。室内にはキッチンがついていましたので、スーパーマーケットで買い物をして部屋で食事をすることもありました。冷蔵庫やコーヒーメーカーもあります。2人での旅行でしたが、ひとりがベッドルームを使い、もうひとりがリビングルームのソファベッドを利用しました。部屋に余裕があると共同生活のストレスも小さくなり、とてもよかったです。現地で、宿泊税の請求があります。ひとり１泊4ユーロ（リスボン。2026,8現在）です。"

"Had a nice stay at the Dalma suites. Had a bit of trouble finding it but we were jet lagged. Nice area in the middle of the action. Plenty of good places to eat and a short walk to all the sites to see"
