"This was the perfect cabin for 4 hiking men to stay in. Everything was well done. We used all four spacious bedrooms. The table and kitchen was very good.Overall, this place is Highly recommended!!!Rustic looking from the outside but charming and well decorated from the inside"

"We recently stayed 2 nights at this wonderful place. It is a unique, relaxing, and beautiful environment. It is also located close to many activities available in the area. We loved spending time in Jonesborough and riding bikes on the Tweetsie Rails to Trails between Johnson City and Elizabethon. It was just the right retreat for us to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. "

"This is a very special cabin. It's perfect if you want to get away and have quiet time. I say "quiet", but it's not actually quiet since you have the constant, wonderful sound of waterfalls in Spillcorn Creek right next to the house.The pictures on the website don't do the house justice. It's very comfortable with a wonderful ambience. It's also a great place for dogs with a safe field to play in and water right there to splash in. "We loved the Zen simplicity of this rental. Communication was great, especially about their expectations since I was bringing my dog with me. They were very accommodating and pet friendly. I would recommend bringing your own sheets to cover furniture and bedding if you have a furry dog. It will help with cleanup and prevent extra, unexpected charges. The location was fantastic. Central to everything we wanted to do in the Tri-Cities area. Walkable to downtown Johnson City and Founders Park....

"This home was the absolute perfect spot for our family of 4 to meet up with our best friends (also a family of 4). There is plenty of room, the dining table accommodates big group meals, and the view was just incredible. We enjoyed hiking in the area and would love to come back! Wonderfully responsive host and the bed was so comfortable. "

"At first we felt like overaged grad students due to the location, young adults and music. We were in town for a funeral and also had our 7 year old grandson. But everyone observed the quiet time and the place was really charming. Grandson loved the swing and children's nook. I loved the front porch each morning while sipping coffee. Thank you for a great experience during a difficult time."

"We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again, my friend and I stayed 3 nights and we only got 2 towels for the whole stay, pillows not super great, definitely bring your own. It was clean and very cute. "

"Plenty of room for our large group. Beautiful sunrise and sunset views! Very well stocked with shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper and paper towels, dishwasher tabs, and laundry detergent - all those little things you don’t want to have to worry about bringing on vacation. Great supply of linens too - including some outdoor towels for the hot tub. We cooked large meals each night of our stay, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. "We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, the spacious kitchen area for having breakfast before heading out for the day and cooking meals and after dinner the family time around the campfire in the evening, During the day we visited the surrounding areas for shopping, scenic views snd festivities close by! We all had an amazing time at the cabin with the bonus of listening to the the waterfalls! Loved our stay!!!"

"This was a great stay! It is exactly as described and like reviews say, amazing. The dome is in the back of the RV area so you get a nice view and plenty of space. They bring firewood and other amenities if you need. We flew kites are n the field, checked out the tree house, and it was only a 8 minute walk to the bath house and the beach/lake which was very nice! We had fun on the inflatables! They have a trail, golf on an island in the lake, fishing, rentals for water stuff, and golf carts. We...

"My family and I stayed at this beautiful mountain home over the Memorial Day weekend. This location is truly magical. A hidden gem. Far enough away that you get to get away from it all and dive into nature, but close enough to be able to seek out the culture of Asheville and surrounding areas. The communication from the owners was great and informative and the house was comfy and well-appointed. We wanted to stay longer."

"We needed somewhere to unwind that we could also take our three fur babies. Couldn't have asked for a better escape! The sunrises, the sunsets, The horses right out the window. Just enough modern convenience blended in to an 1880's escape. Our fur babies loved the walks of the gravel driveway every morning and night. The horses would come over to greet us. Cuddling up to a warm fire was just the perfect touch to end each day. We plan to come back!"
