We promise this early well-appointed residence will take you back to a simpler life style and should help you wind down after a long day.
The cottage also has a hide a bed sofa in the living room if you need additional bedroom space. Come relax on the private screened porch or socialize with friends on the front porch. Fully equipped and furnished you should have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

First time in Tennessee

Great stay. House is really nice and very clean. Hosts were great communicators and dropped off some goodies to welcome us. Would certainly stay again if in Greeneville again. Highly recommend.

Comfortable Home Away From Home

This was our second time staying at the Cozy Cottage. The description of the house is accurate. Once again, we found the house to be very clean and well stocked with dishes and linens that we would need. The location is convenient to our relatives who live in Greeneville and is near stores, shops, restaurants, and historical sites. There is WiFi which allows you to stream networks while you relax in the evening. We love that there is a washer and dryer at the house as not all rentals have one available. There is a train that runs nearby 3-5 times daily at various hours of the day and night. The first night we stayed last fall, it was a bit of a surprise when we woke to its sound at 4 am but we got used to it and it didn’t even phase us after that. To get the quickest response, the best way to communicate with the host is by text. We’ve enjoyed our stay both last fall and again last week and plan to rent from Wendy again.

Cozy Little Getaway!!!

My husband, daughter & I came from WNC to Greeneville for a show at Niswonger and just needed a place to get away for a bit from the Helene aftermath that’s still very prevalent in our county. This house was so welcoming, clean and full of charm! Although short, the getaway has definitely refreshed us for another long week back home. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future! Thank you Wendy!

Outstanding house. Clean, well laid out, plenty of supplies and treats, and very well maintained. This property would rate an A in a large city, so I assume it's one of the best in Greeneville.

Cozy and comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was immaculate and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very nice also. Check-in was super easy and because we came in at night it was very nice that the security lights came on when we came up to the house.

Nutcracker Weekend

The house is is exactly described, and the owner went above and beyond by not only having a beautiful Christmas tree, but also providing snacks and drinks in the refrigerator. We were five minutes from downtown and five minutes from a beautiful park decorated with Christmas lights. Would definitely Stay here again

Convenient, Comfortable, Clean Rental

We were very pleased upon entering Wendy’s Cozy Cottage as it was accurately described in her VRBO listing. It was conveniently located in town near our relatives, stores, and restaurants. We cooked several meals in the well equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and the home was very clean. Having a washer and dryer was very handy since we stayed for over a week. The shower worked well and there was an ample supply of hot water. We enjoyed our stay there and will check for availability to rent again when in the area.

Greeneville Cottage/Train Experience

Beautifully maintained home in a pretty location. It was a great experience. Greeneville has lots of train tracks, which is part of its charm. The sound of the train track added to the experience and we didn’t mind it at all, just something to be aware of if you don’t care for trains.

Amazing Stay!!

Everything was wonderful during our stay. Our reservation was somehow messed up or something because Wendy thought we were checking in on Saturday instead of Friday. However when we arrived in Greeneville close to midnight Friday night, I contacted our host, and Wendy immediately got back to us and drove over to assist us in accessing the cottage and quickly prepare the space for us. The cottage is absolutely adorable and fully equipped with anything you could need. From an ironing board, to laundry and toiletry items, to snacks and drinks, Wendy is truly a 5-star host!

Lovely home, cleanest I've ever stayed in.

Every thought is put into making this a wonderful stay. This is a beautiful home. My only gripe is something that isn't controlled by the host, is due to a nearby train track, who blares the horn, I wasn't able to sleep past 6 a.m. and the latest it was happening was 11:45 p.m. so I unfortunately couldn't get more than five hours of sleep a night.

Stay was great; house is amazing in every way. We had a bit of communication issues with Wendy as we were given the wrong door code and then double charged a cleaning fee. She says she will reimburse it but it has taken a few weeks and some VRBO support to make it happen.

Perfect place to stay while visiting Tusculum University.

A great little cottage. Some of the best amenities I have ever had. Kitchen well stocked and nice treats that were unexpected. Looks exactly like the pictures.
