"It was pretty noisy. It sounded like a herd of elephants was above me. It was all night so I didn't get a good night of sleep. Spa prices are high. One hour massage is $150 plus they expect a 20% tip. "

"The property is very old and dingy. The rooms and the corridors are badly in need of renovation. When we were there the elevator was not working and someone was stuck in it. Not sure if it is a one time thing or recurring incident. Overall I wouldn’t recommend it. "

"The rooms were very dated and had an odor I did not care for. I rented a room specifically for a jacuzzi tub but it was dirty upon arrival with what looked like ashes in the tub. I contacted the front desk about it and requested cleaning supplies to clean it myself because there were no comparable rooms available to switch me to & there was nobody available to clean the room. They didn’t even have any cleaning supplies. I had to wait until the next day for my tub to be cleaned despite paying...
