"In room #216 and #218 my sister and I kept hearing noise all night within the walls. I don’t know if it was the pipes or what. Seemed like an out dated hotel and mainly senior community. Besides that friendly staff, clean hotel, and good breakfast variety. "

"The property is very old and dingy. The rooms and the corridors are badly in need of renovation. When we were there the elevator was not working and someone was stuck in it. Not sure if it is a one time thing or recurring incident. Overall I wouldn’t recommend it. "

"Firstly, there was a nasty smell throughout the hotel. Then I get to my room and the fridge did not work. The cabinets were falling apart. I go to the bathroom and the fan is hanging off the ceiling exposing above. I look in the shower and the curtain is stained with who knows what. Lastly I go to lay down on one of the beds and there’s hairs(not mine) on the sheets. If you have another option that isn’t here, go there."

"I would not stay here again. I was on the second floor and the noise from above was terrible. I asked for a top floor room an they attempted to accommodate but 1 room offered was next to the noisy elevator and a second room had a broken bed. My mistake for not realizing that the suite type hotel would have long term sketchy type tenants. Never again."

"Clean room, easy enough to get around, safe area, fit the purpose to visit friends in the area"

"Bathtub needed repair. I don’t know why she put a set of room right next to the railroad but we left in 30 minutes. It was deafening. Do not recommend the parking lot had trash around it come on. You can do better than that guys."

"Dirty room, toilet didn’t flush, hair in sink, trash on floor, non smoking room smelled like smoke "

"I was woke up at 4:30am to the sound of water rushing down from the ceiling in my bathroom. I called the front desk. No one answered. I had to walk down there to find someone. That individual then told me he would go check the floor above to see what was going. Over an hour passed and I had beers nothing, as water contained to pour out from the ceiling. I had to walk down to the front desk again to ask what was going on, and all I was told is that they had called maintenance. I wasn’t offered...

"It was pretty noisy. It sounded like a herd of elephants was above me. It was all night so I didn't get a good night of sleep. Spa prices are high. One hour massage is $150 plus they expect a 20% tip. "

"Amazing experience, this hotel has everything you need the staff was so amazing and helped me to get everything settled. The staff was very friendly. The kitchen was super convenient and just what you need. The room was super clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was running amazing. And the best part the big pool my kids enjoyed. Thanks so the amazing experience, I’ll be there for my next trip. "
