"The lock of the room did not function correctly. We could not enter the room after moving all our luggage into the room. They gave us another room but we had no access to our medications, my CPAP machine, or our toiletries "
"Great location in the Marais - lots of dining options and shopping nearby. Walkable to Notre Dame as well. The room was very cozy with lots of artsy touches and mirrors throughout without being gaudy. The mattress was super comfortable. All of the rooms have ladies names which was a unique touch as well. Very attentive service from the reception staff. Overall we loved our stay here and would love to return sometime. "
"Fantastic experience - friendly, helpful staff. Great location, 2 mins from Metro (direct line from Gare de Nord) and River Seine - 10 min walk from Notre Dame. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby but in a quiet avenue. Enjoyed breakfast on our balcony as well as in Dining Room. Thoroughly recommend staying here."

"Recommended. A spacious, secure, practical apartment in a good location ( next to Pompidou Center). Communication was via email only, and it was exceedingly courteous and efficient. The apartment has many luxurious touches ( faucets, light fixtures, etc). Boulangery ( pastry shop) , grocery store, innumerable restaurants nearby, including many ethnic restaurants, ice cream shops. We stayed with 3 kids. Washer/dryer, dishwasher helped. Notre Dame was about 12 minutes away walking. Louvre maybe...

"Our stay was great! The place was just as advertised and communication was easy. I had requested a toddler cot on arrival and it was there set up in our room. There was also water, juice, and champagne which was a nice touch. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment felt very clean. It was great to have a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The washer/dryer was a little confusing because I hadn’t used an all in one unit before but the office was very responsive to messages and they helped me...
"I love this hotel! The building was built in the 1600’s. The staff was wonderful, the hotel was warm and inviting, and the resident puppy was fun to play with! Who doesn’t love a puppy! The lobby was very inviting to just have a respite and view the books and the art. We didn’t have breakfast there, but the buffet looked very good. We’ll be back!"
